1 Donation details
- Donation type. Choose what your donation is for.
- Donation frequency. One-time donates once. Monthly makes a recurring monthly donation when available.
- Donation amount. Choose a suggested amount, or enter your own amount.
- Currency and country. Choose the country that matches how you will make your payment.
- GB United Kingdom → pay in GBP
- US United States → pay in USD by international bank transfer
- BD Bangladesh → pay in BDT through a mobile wallet
Press Continue.
2 Your information
- Full name. Enter your full name.
- Email address. Enter the email address where you want to receive your donation receipt.
- Mobile number. Enter your mobile number.
- Address. Optional.
Click Continue to go to Payment.
3 Payment
Now make your payment using your own bank app or mobile wallet app. Keep this page open and return to the donation form after your payment is complete.

How to make the payment
- Complete Step 1 and Step 2 of the donation form.
- Look at the Reference shown in the form.
- Click Copy to copy the Reference.
- Open your bank app or online banking.
- Enter the Trust's bank details.
- Enter the same donation amount.
- Put the copied Reference into the bank transfer reference field.
- Send the bank transfer.
- Return to the donation form.
- Complete Verification.
- Press Submit.
Complete Form → Copy Reference → Open Bank App → Bank Transfer → Use Same Reference → Return to Form → Verify → Submit
GB US Reference
Your Reference is provided by the donation form. You never create it and you never change it.
See it → Copy it → Use the same Reference in the bank transfer
You must copy the Reference before Submit can be used.
The Reference helps us match your bank payment with your donation. Once the payment has been checked and approved, your receipt is sent to the email address you entered in the form.

- Go to Send Money.

- Complete the payment.
- Keep the Transaction ID given by your wallet after payment.
- Return to the donation form.
- Enter the Transaction ID in Verification.
- Press Submit.

Reference and Transaction ID
These are two different things. You only ever need one of them.
GB US Reference
Copied from the donation form and used in the bank transfer.
BD Transaction ID
Given by the wallet after payment and entered into the donation form.

What happens after Submit
- Donation receivedYou see a confirmation on screen.
- Payment checkedThe payment is matched with your donation.
- Donation approvedOnce the payment has been matched.
- Receipt emailedSent to the email address you entered, with the receipt PDF.
Your receipt is sent after the payment is checked and approved. It is not sent simply because you pressed Submit.
- GB US The bank payment is matched using the Reference.
- BD The wallet payment is matched using the Transaction ID.
Monthly donations
Monthly donations continue each month.

A reminder email is sent one day before your next monthly payment is due. Your payment date is the same day each month.
Staying safe
You always make the payment from your own bank or wallet app. The website never asks for your card details or your PIN.
